First of all, thank you for building such a powerful platform. I use ClickUp daily, and every time I discover a new feature, it feels like opening a new door to productivity.

I wanted to share a small idea that could bring a huge amount of joy to many users. Right now, Automations allow me to send an email, which is fantastic. But imagine this:

Send Email → Wait 2 days → Send another Email (or perform another action).

This simple addition would open the door to countless new use cases. I can already picture the excitement of users who could set up reminders, follow-ups, or nurturing sequences without leaving ClickUp. The delight of seeing ClickUp not only send an email, but also remember to follow up later—that would feel like magic.

It’s a small step in development, but a giant leap for user experience. I truly believe this would spark joy, surprise, and loyalty among your customers.
