I would need that for new lists in folders being added within a space. Specifically need this for the portfolio widget so users can see their ToDo lists incl. status there.

Absolutely right!

My team keeps missing tasks because they're in a new space (each space is a client).

Current behavior is pretty confusing. Repro steps:

AR: time from the new task is not shown on the dashboard

ER: as the settings are set to "all", it is expected to see time from the new task on the dashboard by default
