When adding new assignees to a task it would be extrememly beneficial to have the time estimate re-calculated and shared out between all the assignees on a task.

It is an incredibly manual intervention to have to change assignees and also the time estimate especially when working with a programme with a volume of tasks and resource changes where you have 80+ people and 3500+ tasks
