Automated Scheduling

I currently do this in excel, but it would be fantastic to create team member schedules ie hours per day available. Once tasks are estimated, available resources can be assigned and start and end dates would automatically be generated based upon resource availability. Advanced functionality might include dependency linking to start and end dates.
