Similar to how HubSpot has this for emails, it would be amazing to have saved snippets for writing out comments for those times where you follow up with clients in comments and say essentially the same thing each time. Making this more automated rather than typing out similar comms over again would be really helpful. Especially for those working at a marketing agency and sharing guest access with client, trying to use clickup as our source of truth and main channel to communicate.
