I love how we can automate a Form Response to many things within ClickUp, but we use Form Responses to document certain incidents and it would be great if there is a way we can refer to the individual form response (like with a Google Form, you can view all responses or just an individual response as a single document). OR allow an automation where we setup a Doc Template and the information can be pushed. _I tried this way and that automation is not available into a Doc._
