I would like to contribute by suggesting automation. It would be very good if we could use it as the first trigger when receiving an email, and if the content of the email says “approved”, then the action of updating the task status to complete takes place.

In my case, I manage calls/demands, and there is a validation stage on the part of the requester, and this automation would help us a lot!
