The Label and Dropdown custom field types have an option in their advanced settings to sort alphabetically, but this doesn't apply to new labels when they're added. You have to manually hit A-Z in the advanced settings every time you add a new label to the custom field. Seems counterintuitive. If I set it to sort alphabetically, I want it to always sort alphabetically including whenever new labels are added.

We would like to see an option to sort the pull down list by Alphabetical order.

I use a Drop-down Custom field to keep track of who I Delegated a task to (not part of my team). When adding a new value in the list I need to sort the names by alphabetical order manually. Please add automatic sorting as an option to the dropdown. It should be optional as not al drop-down list need to be sorted alphabetical. Additionally the dropdown should be searchable. This is specially handy when the list gets longer.

I find myself adding new options to custom fields on the fly. But over time it's a hot mess. Would be nice to go into custom fields and sort them in alpha order so when I need group by later or simply look at them it makes sense.
