Auto Show Time Estimate Columns for Subtasks and Mass Update Time Estimates

1) Automatically show the time estimate column when adding subtasks. Currently, you have to manually add the column when adding subtasks.
2) Add a function in the action bar that allows you to mass updates time estimates.
