Could we please have ClickUp chat threads move to the bottom of the chat when there’s new activity on a message older than 7 days?
While the Reply tab is intended to address this, in practice it doesn’t fully solve the issue. Over time, the reply section becomes cluttered with unrelated conversations, making it difficult to quickly identify new or relevant updates.
As a result, when someone responds to an older message, the update can easily be missed unless we manually scroll through the chat or search the Reply tab. Moving the entire thread to the bottom of the chat when there’s new activity - similar to how Microsoft Teams handles it - would make updates much more visible and significantly improve workflow and communication.
