This functionality has been a widely requested enhancement for several years, and the continued absence of a reliable solution is increasingly disappointing.
The lack of this feature significantly hampers our ability to streamline workflows and meet operational needs effectively. It’s a core feature that many of your competitors offer seamlessly. Given the ongoing demand and its impact on user experience, I kindly urge you to move this to the top of your development priorities.
If there are existing workarounds, we would appreciate clear and reliable documentation. However, a permanent and robust solution remains essential.

Would love it if this were possible. We can attach our service reports to a related service ticket and then have it auto generate an email with the attached pdf.
