We need the ability to save a Brain artifact as a reusable template and include it as a saved view within list/folder/space templates. Currently, artifacts can't be templated or bundled into project templates the way Gantt, Board, or Calendar views can. This means every new project requires manually recreating the artifact and assigning a Super Agent to refresh it on a schedule.
Use case: We run 50+ concurrent AV integration projects. Each project gets a standardized set of views (Gantt, workload, list). We want to add client-facing dashboard artifacts that inherit from a template, so new projects get a consistent, auto-refreshing visual dashboard without manual setup per project. This keeps clients and PMs inside ClickUp instead of exporting to external tools.
Requested behavior:
  • Save an artifact as a template (like view templates today)
  • Include artifact templates in list/folder templates so they deploy with new projects
  • Artifact inherits the data context of its parent list/folder automatically
