I'm shocked this has so few votes, given it's been up since 2021. We have time tracking tasks that need to be edited by everyone, but there is no way to allow this without also giving everyone permission to archive. As a result, they have been archived numerous times. It would be great to be able to protect certain lists from archiving in addition to deletion and view changes by anyone other than admins.

YES PLEASE! Currently guests with Edit or Full access can archive which is a huge problem when they accidentally archive and then the list appears to vanish (until I locate and restore). This should be on the permissions settings screen to decide who can archive. Many of our guest users have Edit access just so they can update statuses and track time - however, with this setting, they can also archive! Guests should definitely not be allowed to archive.

HUGELY Important. We just had someone archive our whole internal wiki. There's no way that should be allowed to happen.
