Apply ClickUp style scroll bars to all areas

Some areas of Task View 3.0 don't use the ClickUp scroll bars, but use the Windows ones, which are much thicker and look out of place.
For example, the Links area of the right sidebar.
(This also has a bug where it shows you two scroll bars once you start adding Linked tasks.)
Sometimes I also get a Windows vertical scroll bar in the Task Description area on top of the ClickUp one.
It would be great to get ClickUp ones showing only.
