When I open a huge ticket (let's name it Epic) with multiple sub-tickets (like Features) with other sub-tickets (User Stories), then I see many spinners on the outline. I need then to collapse every ticket every time manually because the spinners are a huge distraction.

Either you should load all the ticket names or collapse the not loaded tickets. The current behaviour is really annoying.
