Similar to my comments about an Offline Mode for the Mobile App, it would be great if this could also apply across other devices (eg: The Desktop App, Tablet etc). I realise that this is complex, but it would be an absolutely stunning feat to have Offline functionality across devices and synch up once internet/signal is available.

I think it is vitally IMPORTANT as so many of us are on the go all the time, and we are constantly moving in and out of signal areas and/or internet access.

This would be an AWESOME upgrade to ClickUp and solve MANY problems for users and take the worry out of the need to ensure a good connection or run the risk of lost work/tasks/notes/meetings etc.

I am just astonished how the people from ClickUp KEEP IGNORING THIS FEATURE for years now! For almost 3 years I'm waiting for them to implement a way to cache your work locally and sync it with whatever the heck of a cloud service they want.

I just check out their "NEW" offline mode in July 23. The whole application becomes literally USELESS since I can't access any of my data. But oh wow, I can create new tasks which will then sync later on if I have an internet connection again.

I would love to know who is actually in charge of these decisions. What absurd kind of communication must be occurring that this company isnt able to rewrite their database structure with a revenue of estimated 200 freaking million dollar in 2022?

For anyone else, if you want to have SOME kind of offline capable software check out Zenkit. It at least freaking allows you to cache ANYTHING you want locally an ANY goddamn device you run it on. Unfortunately they dont have a timetracker or any kind of reporting feature and probably will not have in the near future because they are way too small to develop it.

It just INFURIATES me that these types of companies dont give a damn about features that are actually needed and make sense. There you go again: big marketing campaign don't mean anything.

Mega upvote! I work offline all the time on flights, or in poor service areas. I'm the only editing member of all of my spaces. I can understand that offline mode for multiple contributors may be challenging to implement due to conflicting changes, but at least implement it for Spaces with only one contributor first!
