It would be great if we could embed a ClickUp form into a task, and when you submit the form, the results should go directly into that task. For example, when doing site visits, the site manager should click on a button, etc., to open a ClickUp form where the address would be filled out by automation, and when submitted, the results should show as a PDF or other type of attachment in that task.
