Allow Required Notification Settings to be turned off

The Status Changes clog up our 'All' notification feeds - we'd prefer to be able to not be notified when statuses change. Until then, we use the two other options "Assigned to me" and "Mentions". We genuinely don't care about things changing status, as many have automations that create downstream tasks and such.

I just evaluated ClickUp, and decided unfortunately it will not work for our needs, because the interface is too noisy. I work in disability advocacy, and I'm finding this interface is not accessible for some people with ADHD and other attention-related disabilities. The educational "nudges" are a particular barrier: "See your Daily Standup," "Try our new feature," "See what's new in version 4!" but also the "required" system confirmations: "New task created," "Task status changed," make it impossible to maintain concentration and workflow. If ClickUp changes the interface to make ALL notifications/toasts/pop-ups possible to suppress, it would be accessible for more people and companies. Thank you for your consideration!

Every time a task is created in the LIST view, a notification appears in the lower left corner that is superimposed with the creation of new tasks. This notification makes it impossible to create another task immediately and you have to wait for the notification to disappear before you can continue working. This is a mistake, a hassle, and a waste of time, all at the same time. The software is meant to be more productive, not to automatically receive a delay every time you create a task.
It is necessary that specific configuration can be made for these cases.

There is a common saying around software that "its not a bug its a feature." I feel the Clickup inbox is exactly the opposite. I love the concept but as it is this "feature is a bug" and significantly impacts performance of the system. I am wanting to migrate all chat over from Slack to Clickup and honestly the amount of noise that is created by the inbox my impact may ability to make this move.

Please allow the ability to turn this feature off or allow 100% customization of notifications. This creates a ton of noise and confusion for all users. I hate this feature!!!

I get an email every time I login to my account. I would love to turn that off as I am logging in many times on many computers a day. Please let the user switch off login notifications, except for the unsuccessful login attempts.

I only want notifications on tasks/projects I am actively working on so I can get alerts when something is changing or an activity comment has been left.

I untag myself from tasks all day as it is to avoid getting a bunch of unneeded notifications — and notifications that I can't turn off but don't need just clog up my inbox and make it more challenging to sort through and find the actually important notifications!

I get 100+ a day and this is ridiculous. I do not need to be notified each time someone puts a recordkeeping note on a task. If i'm not tagged or assigned it, why do I need it? That's right. I don't.
I miss the items I'm assigned and tagged on due to all of this noise.

Ellen Griswold Agreed!! Please fix this feature.

Agree with everyone else. Required notifications is just ridiculous—let us use it how we want to. My team never uses notifications because it is so overloaded with things they don't need to know about.
