Allow Multiple Start and End Date Pairs for a Single Task

This enhancement would be especially helpful in Workload View. We navigate a work environment with frequent interruptions and changes in priority. Therefore, we need to be able to plan for starts, stops, and restarts for our work - even for simple tasks. Splitting detailed tasks into multiple subtasks - so they can have separate start and end dates - is not effective at all for both the resource and the project manager.

As an example, I assigned a 6-hour task to a resource. He was able to complete 2 hours of work in week one. However, he was interrupted by a more important assignment which will occupy his time all of next week. Therefore, I need him to finish the remaining 4 hours in week three. I need the Workload View to reflect that gap and not extend the task (and evenly distribute it) across all 3 weeks.
