As a workspace admin, I often collaborate with guests who are assigned to multiple tasks and mentioned in various comments. Currently, if a guest needs to change the email address associated with their ClickUp account, they must create a new account and be re-invited to the workspace.
This process is very inconvenient because:
  • All previous task assignments, comments, and mentions are lost or disconnected from the new account.
  • It requires manual reassignment of tasks and updating of mentions, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
I am requesting a feature that allows guests (and ideally all users) to update the email address associated with their ClickUp account without losing their assignments, mentions, or history. This would greatly improve the user experience for both guests and workspace admins, and help maintain continuity in project collaboration.
