Currently, the Gantt View displays quarter labels as Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, which is a standard American/English convention. However, for users in Brazil and many other non-English-speaking countries, this terminology doesn't reflect local usage.

In Brazil, for example, quarters are referred to as "Trimestres," and the expected labels would be T1, T2, T3, and T4. The same applies to other regions that have their own native terminology for fiscal or calendar quarters.

The request is: allow users to either customize the quarter labels in the Gantt View or have them automatically adapt based on the language/region settings already configured in the account.

This would be a simple but meaningful improvement for international users, making ClickUp feel truly localized rather than just translated.
