It would be great to be able to select the call language for AI Notetaker before starting the call so that the notes will be in the chosen language.

Sometimes, we do calls in English and Italian, and when in Italian, the notes taken are in English and don't make sense.

The ideal solution would be to select the language of the call before the call starts so that the AI notetaker knows which language to use and creates the Document in that language.
