We have around 5-10 internal meetings a day, which are impromptu. We either generate a fresh Google Meet link or keep jumping back on that morning's stand-up link. ClickUpAI notetaker requires a scheduled meeting to be in place to record. We currently use FireFlies, which has a Chrome Extension. This automatically records the calls we jump onto through the extension. So all of these impromptu calls are still recorded. ClickUp needs to add this ability to its Chrome Extension.

This also solves the annoying ghost members on the calls who are the notetakers joining, which really clutters the calls when everyone has their own one joining.
