Imagine if ClickUp's A.I. could look at all of the tasks and events from a specific level in the hierarchy and intelligently suggest when to plan and schedule those items.
A sophisticated enough A.I. should be able to do the following:
• Learn from your past events and reschedules for a deep understanding of how long things will take you.
• Work around weekends & holidays.
• Understand the order of priorities and dependencies.
• Predict the best times for events based on users' schedules and times when teams are likely to be working together.
• Show warnings when a deadline doesn't appear to be reachable or if a user's workload becomes unreasonably large.
• Bonus: Utilize data from the community and ClickUp users all over the world to offer predictions about how long events and tasks might take or if there are dependencies that may have been forgotten.
I would love to see ClickUp's A.I. become more useful and be able to keep up and compete with similar tools such as Motion calendar.
