Currently, there's no option to enable AI tools for specific users only, and some users might not need this feature at all. Please consider introducing a feature similar to GitHub Copilot integration: the organization is billed monthly for the number of seats selected for given users.

oh my gosh I would love this for multiple features - especially forms. We want the forms, but only 1-2 users actually need to be able to create forms. It's not worth the increased cost for 30+ users just for two people.

This is a no brainer guys. Disjointed with how other companies are pricing AI, we have a significant user base of 250 people and we'll be onboarding 100 tomorrow, if we could do this.

I cannot justify the cost for a big team with me being the only one adopting and creating use cases, initially. It needs to be a gradual rollout and we need the ability to add it as an add-on to individual members, not workspace-wide all at once.

As a solo operator or team lead in a large Workspace, I only want AI for myself. Buying it for every member is too costly. Please support individual AI licenses or team-level toggling. It would really help us scale gradually.

This is stopping us from completely switching over from Notion. We have a team of 40 users on ClickUp, but there’s no way we can justify adding AI for all of them. We want to move our KB and SOPs over from Notion but only if we have AI capabilities for certain people.

Even if it was tiers of users, that would be better than the whole workspace. For example, 1 user tier, then 5 users, then 10 and so on.

Where AI is taking over everything it would be really helpful if we could introduce this without having to pay for the whole team, most team members just do one aspect and don't need the AI integration.
But I'm not going to pay for every team member to have it just for 1-2 to actually use it.
