Internal forms that create tasks in relatively hard-to-reach lists are really hard to open afterwards.

I suggest that the submission confirmation view simply shows a link to the newly created task and whoever wants to open, opens. You could place the link under the green checkmark.

If one has no permission, he should still have the link available to reference to someone else maybe.
