We would like to request a feature that allows Workspace admins to have visibility into all meeting notes generated by the AI Notetaker across the account, regardless of who the meeting organizer is.
Why this is important:
  1. Admins often need to oversee meeting documentation for compliance, quality assurance, and knowledge management.
  2. Centralized access would streamline internal audits and ensure important information is not siloed or lost if an organizer is unavailable.
  3. This feature would align with standard admin privileges found in other collaboration platforms.
Suggested implementation:
  1. Provide an option for admins to view or manage all meeting notes Docs by default, or
  2. Allow workspace owners/admins to set organization-wide sharing preferences for meeting notes.
We believe this enhancement would greatly improve transparency and administrative efficiency for teams using ClickUp.
