I'd like to be able to add notes from a doc to the comments section of a task.

Use Case:

We have client meetings where we take notes within a Doc. Some of these notes are generic and not associated with a Task, whilst others relate to specific tasks (projects). I'd like to be able to tag the task against a portion of the notes in the doc, and for these notes to be added to the Comments section of the Task.
