Add vertical alignment options within whiteboard shapes and notes.

Text inside shapes are middle align only. Text inside sticky notes are top align only. It would be nice to be able to set top, middle, or bottom alignment in both. (Horizontal alignment is the only provided option right now.)

Ditto that for in a text box. I'd like to have them top-aligned in some situations.
