Please allow us to replace the current automatic join message with a more client-friendly message, such as:

“Hello, I’m here to attend the meeting, prepare the meeting minutes afterward, and share them with you.”

The current message, including the “/bot leave” instructions and lobby admission text, is disruptive and can make clients and attendees uncomfortable.

It would also be helpful to make these automatic messages optional, with a setting to hide them while keeping AI Notetaker enabled. If a recording disclosure is required, please allow it to be included in one clear, customizable message instead of adding separate automatic lines.
