In the Time Reporting cards for dashboards, you can add filters for what should display, but you can't set a sort order. When you then look at the output, it's unclear how it's being sorted. I would like to sort descending by Tracked time to see where the majority of my time is going so I can look for the most impactful opportunities for me to look at automation/efficiency gains.
