I am not on the Beta yet, so apologies if it already does this, but it would need IP address and time and date capture for when it is signed+submitted, so that it could hold up to any potential legal scrutiny.

I have the signature form field - but without the ability to add informational text/images it is sort of pointless. For me I wanted this feature so my Service Agreements could be in ClickUp. But the only work around I found was adding all the text to the form description which looks silly. Also - we need a date/time stamp for the signature.
