Add more filters to Inbox (Location, Status, Priority, etc.)

It would be great to get some more filter options, to only see Activity and Messages from certain areas or Tasks.
E.g., Location filter, or a filter by notifications where the Task has a certain Custom Field.

Filtering by location is a must (so we can see all actions related to one client account quickly), but I would also like more control over seeing this data point (and other data points like the due date of the task that the comment/action etc is on) in the main inbox without filtering...we need both, then inbox is truly a winner!!

Filter-functionality by team member that "caused" the notification/ update in inbox is very important.
As a CEO, I have my weeklys with different employees. To prepare for those meetings, I want to see all the relevant activity they made in the past days; so I want to filter my inbox by the notifications only of exactly that person/ employee

Would be great to filter on space in inbox. When I work on 1 project for a half day, I only want to see notifications on that specific space.

Add a search field to allow searching for specific messages. The clear button should then clear just those messages showing from search results.
Mike Nichols
Would also like to filter notifications created by users performing an action vs those that happen via automations.

Anthony Raad Please don't remove the inbox. Please just add filters to the inbox. Personally, I have no interest in a feed. I want to hit the inbox and be gone.

Is there any update on this and an ETA of when it will be released?
My team is really eager to be able to see task locations from the main inbox screen (without having to click into the task to see breadcrumbs).

Kristin Michel A +1 on this, being able to see where the task locations originate at a glance would be invaluable!

Adding filters to the inbox notifications would make this feature so much efficient. We would be able to really focus on the tasks that need our attention; especially in the other folder. Please, please, please!!!

As I just wrote into the main Inbox 3.0 feature thread it would be great to have unread items just marked as unread in the normal space/folder/list/task structure. This would allow to navigate through the context like normal and you could seek for unread items just by having a bubble on a list indicating that there are unread items in it.
