Adding another vote to this feature request - 37.5hrs is standard for a lot of companies

this feature has been requested for multiple years so far, and supporting working hours outside of the USA doesn't seem relevant.

This needs to be prioritized. A number of non-American companies have 7.5 hour workdays. The current options are too rigid!

Please make it possible to set decimal values for the default hours per day in the Time Estimates ClickApp. We're working on a base of 37.5 hours per week so a day is 7.5h, thus we can't use the 1d feature because it would be either 7 or 8 hours.

This makes me very sad that this isn't a feature :(

Any update on this ClickUp team? I have seen some new features that are planned/in Progress and they are all going to be pointless if we can't put the correct number of daily hours into the system. e.g https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/automatic-start-datedue-date-based-on-start-date-due-date-or-duration

Just to be 100% clear we're talking about making the daily hours 7.5 hours for example here:

it seems they even don't read feature requests. I see many requests that are about what the Clickup have it now. like this one.
