We have guests who are customers who need to report requests & bugs, and we have guests who are contract developers. It would be very helpful if they both could use clip recording.

Agree on this. Clip is a key tool for getting external feedback and a reason for recommending external groups to sign up for ClickUp i.e., guest accounts in the first place. For example, a client can quickly record their feedback on a prototype and send it back. I was surprised to find Clip was not available except for full members. My workaround has been to create a dummy full member that I'm paying for, just to allow external stakeholders to access Clip now and then, but it's just not going to be worth it or work in long-term. I can't realistically switch that seat around from one stakeholder to the next without creating access issues and confusion. Please, please add at least a basic version of Clip to guest accounts.
