Add forwarded sender email to email field when task created (email to list)

When someone forwards an email to a list to create a task, it would be helpful if the sender's email address (from the original email) gets added to the email field in the task. So that we can immediately send an automated email back to the original sender.

Hey Alexander, I know you're just asking for the email, but I'm curious if there's any other information you'd like to have automatically filled in? We've been exploring ways to have our system automatically set fields based on messages, but we're not sure if there's a need for it. thanks for the feedback!
