Add an option to exclude weekends from time estimates.

Details:

Currently, time estimates in ClickUp automatically include weekends when calculating durations. For example, an 80-hour estimate at 8 hours per day should equal 10 working days (2 weeks), assuming no weekend work. However, the current system counts calendar days, resulting in roughly 1.42 weeks.

By allowing users to toggle weekend inclusion or exclusion in time estimates, scheduling and workload planning would better reflect business calendars.
