This could be helpful for all kinds of workers, but especially those with anxiety or neurodivergence. I would request that the pop-up/notification that reads "You were mentioned by..." is changed to "Everyone was mentioned by..." when @Everyone is used in a message.

For neurodivergent employees, and those with anxiety this is a trigger, which can cause worry and spiralling thought, no matter how unjustified this might be.

A simple word change can go a long way here.
