Access Personal List through the API

I would like to have access to tasks from the Personal List through API. Currently this is not possible.
The Personal List is the easiest and fastest way to create a task and because of that, my app lacks a lot of data.

I'm surprised this doesn't already happen, even if Personal List appeared as another space for the user. I have to use another list for now as an "Inbox for tasks" until this is added to the API. For now, Personal List is useless on the front end for users like me. Thanks!
