Every time we invite a guest (our client) to our workspace to work together on their project, we have to meet online to set everything in a way that will be convenient for them (like first day of the week, time format, date format, notifications, inbox important/other, default task view etc.). Every time we set it ✅ in the same way, so it is a big waste of time ⏰ for us and for the guests.
It would be very, very helpful 🫶🏻 to be able to set everything up for them and then only do the onboarding (probably as a one-time screen cast / Clip).
Also, current default settings of ClickUp are overwhelming 🙈 for most of our clients, there is so much going on, so we would like to make it as easy and simple as possible for them.
