I have issues all the time with the set keyboard shortcuts. When I am writing notes quicly in the click up app, suddenly it will activate shortcuts and disrupt my work. Because the shortcuts are simple single keys this becomes an issue of disruption more often than it should. And I don't even use the shortcuts - they always are activated by accident.

It would be much more beneficial if I am able to customize the shortcut keys to my liking (like SnagIt allows users to do). This way if users like them as is, they can keep them. Or if disrupted like me, I can change them to a two-key format.
