Ability to add Teams to People custom fields

You can currently add Teams in the Assignee field, but you can't add Teams to People custom fields.

So if my teams are not showing in my People custom fields, then this is a bug?

It's great that you can now add Teams to People custom fields!
However, in order for this to work properly for a lot of use cases, there needs to be a checkbox option in the People custom field setup that will only display teams and not individual users when selected.

This is definitely a big step, but it's not quite the functionality I was identifying in my post that was merged into this :)
I still think that ability to easily @mention the entire contents of a people field by the name of the field itself would be a boon. (for me at least)

If you have tasks with rotating/multiple assignees from different teams, it can sometimes be difficult to identify a project owner. Well, not anymore!
Now, you can add individual members, an entire Team, and/or multiple Teams to a People Custom Field!
This update is great for identifying a Team owner or even multiple Team stakeholders for a task that touches multiple cross-functional hands.

Forms still only allow to select persons, not teams for the Assignee field you can drop into a form. This is still missing consistency.

The custom people fields let you add multiple groups of people onto a task. It would be very useful to have a shortcut so that I can @mention all the people in a certain field in the comment section on that particular task.
My use case is RASCI, although I can imagine it being useful for other applications where recurring communication with specific groups of people is required.
