Ability to add a note to every link in native and custom relationships

I want to add notes explaining why tasks are linked together, documenting these relationships for future reference
This feature will specially be useful when uneven number of tasks are linked to any task.
We generally forget the exact reason of relating two tasks and thus this request.
Our SOP requires task descriptions and custom fields to remain focused on core information, without being cluttered by relationship details. Usage of custom field or tasks descriptions for this will just increase administrative load of people.
Thus this note should be accessible in relationships tabs with every relationship having it's different note independent of others.

Another reason:
When I create a custom relationship between 2 items in my workspace, I want to add a description of how they are connected for future reference.This can be done with a text custom field when I know definite number of items will be related to the item at hand. But when I know that any number of items can be connected then it's implementation through text custom fields can get messy because of many custom fields. Another limitation is that I cannot have this as a rollup because every relation has its different text custom field.Thus, a field made by Clickup which can store description of any connections is required for me. I want to implement these to store many aspects of a relationship separately and want them as a rollup in relations tab of my task view.
