After a bit of setup, I found you can get calendar time tracking and smart scheduling by using Reclaim.ai with the ClickUp integration.
Reclaim is a smart scheduler and time tracker. It automatically schedules your tasks based on priority, estimated time, due date, and your availability. Tasks appear as blocks in your calendar, which you can move and resize—this time is then logged as time spent on the task.
When integrated with ClickUp and Google Calendar, you’ll see these task blocks in the ClickUp planner and can adjust them there. Tracked time syncs back to 'Time Logged' in the ClickUp task.
Setup steps:
- Subscribe to Reclaim.ai (starter package or higher, $8/month).
- In Reclaim, enable the ClickUp integration and follow the setup instructions.
- In ClickUp, enable 'Estimated Time', 'Time Tracked', and 'Tags'.
- Optional: Add an automation to tag tasks as 'reclaim' when they move to Active—this sends them to Reclaim.
- In Reclaim, integrate with Google Calendar.
- In ClickUp, integrate with Google Calendar.
Now you’ll see your tasks in the ClickUp planner!
This gives me an intuitive way to organize my day and track hours—important for running a service business. It would be ideal to have this all within ClickUp, but for now, this works great. Hope it helps!

Yes! This would be amazing. I love Clickup, but really miss the time-tacking calendar view in JIRA Tempo whree you can move timetracking tems on the calendar around, click and drag to change a duration and duplicate them. It makes time tracking so much easier. I would absoluitely love Clickup to intergate this!

ClickUp admins. Any update for the last year in this matter? Or you're satisfied with Business Plan feature of time tracing reports in Dashboards?

All for this idea. Visuals like this give valuable perspective.
To stem off of this, I made a similar post about visual data reports.

I need this to automate my process. I currently track time in ClickUp, but have no easy view/report for what I did that day, as I have to jump between projects on the regular. Few of my projects have a set due date and in order to currently have a 'daily log' of what I did when, I have to manually enter into my outlook calendar and/or create exponentially more tasks every time I have to do something, as opposed to having a general task for each month for certain projects/tasks that only need work/maintenance as it arises or is requested. I need SIMPLE, EASY, VISUAL reports for myself and when I report to my ultimate employer.

Annemarie Overcast: I currently use toggl integration (free) It creates a calendar view of my time tracked. Hope this helps.

I would love to have this inside ClickUp! Currently, I'm using a different app and it's quite annoying that I have to look at a number of places to see information about how much I did for a certain thing.

Absolutely. I want to be able to click start on a task and when I stop, the task appears on the calendar. If not finished, my "progress" color, if finished, complete color.

Oh gosh yes, I;m coming from Toggl Track and I'm missing this BIG time.

Given the state of evolution of ClickUp lately, I guess we can expect this feature somewhere in 2026.
That being said, I would like to be proven wrong… :)
