Some of the biggest departments in our company use ClickUp and running a meeting that requires ClickUp is a huge pain point when we need to look at tasks, dashboards, or even search. Can't wait for us to see the improvements that are being talked about.

The new "Overview" type views are largely responsible for these slowdowns. Because every time we click on a Space or a Folder, its Overview needs to be calculated, which slows down navigation compared to before. Designing another view, like a "default view for everyone," temporarily circumvents this issue.

Hi all, thank you for your feedback and apologies that you are experiencing slow speeds while in ClickUp 3.0.

ClickUp 3.0 consists of two phases: product experience and infrastructure improvements. The rollout of both phases is underway for our users. These are happening separately, so you may have the product experience but are not yet on the new infrastructure.

We've migrated a small set of our user base to the new infrastructure and are on track to move all Workspaces by the end of October. Please keep in mind that the migration will happen automatically without any action required by your team.

In the meantime, please notify our Technical Support team if you’re experiencing any new performance issues within 3.0. Specific details about impacted features, your account, usage, and overall environment enable us to investigate and take action.

I am going to update the status of this post to “In Progress” while we work on delivering the new infrastructure to all users. We’re listening. Please continue to reach our to us with issues like this so we can fix them.

So much slower than previous version, i do not understand how this is supposed to be an improvement

Loading of lists and other views took more than 5min yesterday. It was impossible to have a meeting. This is unacceptable. Both in browser and app.

From reading other posts it sounds like the 3.0 release so far is mostly just the cosmetic side of things and the infrastructure improvements we've all been expecting with the move to 3.0, is actually to follow at some later point. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if the 'infrastructure improvements' is all just smoke and mirrors. I had high hopes for clickup but they're dwindling day by day.

Impossible... 2.0 is already ridiculously slow; a search takes +10 seconds; a list takes 10 seconds and our 20 spaces literally come up block per block in the left bar (we are on a gig line)

I hope this isn't the case. We've been told that 3.0 is quicker.

It takes me 12 seconds for a normal-sized list to load. I believe this took a couple seconds in ClickUp 2
