Automation ManagerFilters 🤖
Pro: You're using Automations to speed up processes and boost productivity.
Con: You have so many Automations that scrolling through all of them is a pain.
We have great news! New Automation filters make sorting through all your time-saving Automations a breeze. Now, you can easily filter by
Triggers, Conditions, Actions, Active Automations, Inactive,
and
Updated By
. This makes managing, updating, and deleting Automations
faster and easier.
Ready to give it a try? Open the Automations panel by clicking on
Automate
in the top right corner of your app and then select
Active Automations
from any Space, Folder, or List. From the Manage tab, you'll find the filter options above the list of your Automations.

More intuitive Dashboards⚡
To make tracking productivity in ClickUp even easier, we've enhanced Dashboards
with reliability upgrades, a new widget toolbar, and a slick new UI!
Stay up-to-date on team accomplishments, project progress, or anything else you can imagine in Dashboards.
Not only do Dashboards look better than ever, but the new widget toolbar also unlocks a ton of easy and useful actions:
  1. Refresh individual widgets with just one click.
  2. See the latest refresh date per widget at a glance.
  3. Utilize the
    delete, fullscreen,
    and
    duplicate
    functions while a widget is refreshing or loading.
  4. View the previous version of a widget when a refresh attempt fails.
The new widget toolbar will appear at the top of your Dashboard widgets. Refresh timestamps are displayed in the top left corner and actions are in the top right corner. Happy reporting!

  • Drastically improved the loading speed of Activity on Profiles and Activity view.
  • Improved the loading speed of task view and List view.
  • Improved the loading speed of the Sidebar.
  • Improved the loading speed of Sidebar for Workspaces with many Spaces.
  • Improved reliability and performance in task view, List view, and Dashboards.
  • Changes to a Doc’s Title, Tags, Relationships, and Sharing will update without refreshing.

  • When adding Custom Fields to a view, searching the
    Add Column
    dropdown will now search for existing fields too.
  • We've added a
    Date done
    field to our standard fields for easy use!
