Validate and Link Uploaded Files to Appropriate Custom Fields

We have observed that users sometimes upload important files as general task attachments instead of using the designated custom fields, or vice versa. This inconsistency can make it challenging to track, verify, and organize critical documents within tasks.
We would like to request a feature to address this issue by:
- Automatically detecting when a file relevant to a specific custom field (e.g., based on file name or content) is uploaded as a general attachment or in the wrong location.
- Validating that uploaded files match the intended document type for each custom field (for example, by checking for keywords in the file name or analyzing the file content).
- Prompting users if a required document is missing from the correct custom field or only exists as a general attachment.
- Offering an option to link or move the file to the appropriate custom field if it was uploaded incorrectly.
This feature would help ensure that all important documents are properly tracked and stored in their intended locations, reducing errors and improving organizational efficiency across various workflows.
