What's happening: The Resource Planning Agent (Certified Agent, Hydra IT workspace) is supposed to check user profile calendars for time off before assigning a resource. When triggered, the agent responds "no Time Off or vacation entry surfaced for Aug 3-7" even though the user (Paulo Kókai) has vacation clearly added to their profile calendar (Jul 27 - Aug 14).

Expected behavior: Agent should read time off data from the user's profile calendar and factor it into availability decisions.

Impact: Blocking certified agent deployment. The Resource Planning Agent cannot verify availability, which is a core client requirement. Currently using a workaround (dedicated list with PTO data), but the client needs profile-based time off for downstream features (timesheets, workload, calendar visibility).

Additional context:

Michael Van Doorn confirmed in the Agents | Super Agents channel that Super Agents can read PTO from profiles. However in practice, the agent is not surfacing the data.

FR for writing PTO to profiles was already filed and is in progress.
