I spent about 45 min working with a super agent that was recommended in a pop up to help me organize my daily work. I answered all the questions and told it what spaces in was interested in getting updates on. The report said “No Overdue Tasks”. Odd, because I have many overdue tasks.

THE PROBLEM:

Agents don’t have permission (and apparently cannot be granted permission) to look at personal spaces. This is where 99% of my tasks happen. If a super agent cannot access my personal space, it can’t help me.

PLEASE ALLOW an option to have access to personal space.
