It would be really useful if agents could access Salesforce data, ideally with permissions we can apply (eg. the agent gets read only access).
This would enable the agents to surface sales history, etc. when handling incoming sales inquiries.

Thank you for the feedback Craig Wallace! We recently added the ability to easily configure the Salesforce MCP for Brain and Super Agents, which will give you greater capabilities than our regular Connected Search feature that's available in the Super Agents knowledge section. I believe you should be able to tune the permissions for the MCP connection on the matching Salesforce app.
We also continue to look for demand to build more native AI tooling for Salesforce and will keep the community posted as that effort progresses.
